Refund Policy

We want Haven to feel like a true sanctuary. If it's not the right fit for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or renewal date, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and annual Sanctuary subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Haven purchases.

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

  • Through Paddle directly: Visit paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the instructions to manage your order and request a refund.
  • Through us: Email NicollLMFT@gmail.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout, and we'll help you process the request with Paddle.

Processing time

Once your refund is approved by Paddle, the funds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, in accordance with Paddle's standard Refund Policy. We aim to be fair and human about it — please reach out and let us know what's going on.

Cancellations

Canceling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, but you'll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account or via paddle.net.
